Confirmation Policy: |
|
| |
OWGROUP Maintenance Group employees are confirmed after probation period of six months subject to the Assessment of their performance. If performance is not satisfactory during the probationary period, probation period is further extended by three months .After which the Employee is confirmed.

We at OWGROUP Maintenance Group workers Attendance card cum wages slip as per Maharashtra Minimum wages Rates 1963 Rule 27 (2) where all particulars of individual workers age, Sex, Nature of work Designation working hours from________ to _____, Interval rest from_______ to ______, We are please to append copy of Attendance card for your kind perusal.

Benefits/Rewards |

i] Provident Fund:
We pay our workers Provident Fund contribution of 25.61% per month (Employer & Employee).
II] ESIC Contribution:
We pay our workers ESIC contribution of 6.5% per month beside this our certain category of workers for Accidental and Group Insurance policies.
III] Bonus:
Bonus is paid @ 8.33% as per Bonus Act to all eligible workers.
Leave salary is paid to our worker @ 6.75% (Equivalent to 21 days salary /wages per annum.
IV] Gratuity:
Gratuity is paid to our Employees as per Gratuity Act after completion of 5 years of contentious service in the organization.

Statutory Compliances:

At OWGROUP Maintenance Group we have dedicated personnel to maintained all statutory complaints as required under Labour Laws P.F. & ESIC challans half yearly and yearly returns are maintained .Copies submitted to clients as proof of payment to statutory Authorities yearly P.F. contribution slips along with interest payable is distributed to all our Employees deduction of Professional Tax. And Labour Welfare Fund contribution is maintained and contributions paid to Government treasury challans are maintained and copies submitted to clients.

Service Tax:

Service Tax collected from clients is deposited in the account of Service Tax authorities. Challan copies of payment are maintained and verification of same can be done.
